Austin riding!!!

The next week we headed up to Sheridan we had picture perfect weather. Austin dove right into Julie's arms again and was very excited to see the horses. He was very happy to put on his special hat and belt and sit up tall on the horse. He rode forward, backwards and sideways on the horses. And his smile radiated!!

Here is a little video of him riding. I love the smile on his face, the way he pulls at his house and when he pats the horsey and pushes with his arms. Notice how he wobbles and bobbles around. He is working all his muscles so super hard during his therapeutic riding. I know it sounds crazy but he's rode three times now, but we are already seeing changes. He is sitting up taller. He is using his arms more. And the past week, he has really been responding well to standing and stepping. It's amazing!!!
